はじめて「人力検索はてな」を使ってみた

RubyKaigi2006の懇親会で買ったばかりのMacBookにMatzとDHHに油性サインペンでサインをしてもらいました。Ruby信者としてこのサイン達を可能な限り長く残したいと思っています。そのためのサインの保護手段としてはどのようなものが考えられるでしょうか？
軽く周囲に聞いたところフィルムを貼るとか、クリアラッカーなるものを使えば良いとか、Appleの営業の人にはファイバーなんとかがいいんだよとか教えられました。
私自身はこうした方面の知識はゼロなので、皆さまのお知恵を拝借したいと思っています。なお、MacBookのパネルにはあと2箇所、サインしてもらえそうな余白が残っています。ここにはいつかDave Thomasと_whyにサインしてもらおうと思っていますので、そうした拡張を制約としたうえでの最適解を求めています。よろしくお願いします。

Appleの営業のひとの回答は、一般のApple製品ユーザにとっても役に立つと思います。

角谷さんは、(少なくともMacBookの寿命が尽きるまでは)毎朝仕事道具を手にするたびに、この呪文を読んでこの発表を想起できるわけで、それ一つとってもこれは凄い財産かもしれないですね。
