2007/08/13〜17(現地時間)の4日間、Washington D.C.で開催されるAgile祭。面白そうなセッションがたくさんあるので、参加される人に「これ聞いてきてよ」とピックアップしようと思ったら、たくさんありすぎてキリがない。全部でどんだけセッションあるんだこれは。

Learning Kaizen from Toyota [with MindMaps] : 平鍋さんがMary Poppendieckとやるよーと言っていたのはこれか。
Scott Amblerが「BDDD(Behaviour Driven Database Development)」とか言ってる。大丈夫？誰か聞いてきて!!
Agile Developer Practices for Dynamic Languages: "But dynamic languages like Groovy and Ruby change the ground rules. "
Lighting Talksもある。90分スタイルなのか。パワポ禁止・フリップチャートのみ、だって。

日本でもこういう大きめのアジャイル系イベントがあればいいのにね。一番規模が大きいのでXP祭りか。日本だと違いが微妙なコミュニティが乱立して停滞してる感じが強いもんね。デブサミ2007でアジャイルっぽいセッションが消滅したのも象徴的……とか評論しても仕方なくて、私は私の仕事をやるだけだ、と誰もが思うとこうなっちゃうのか。
