■1 『Agile Software Development: The Cooperative Game』

コーバーンの虎本、『アジャイルソフトウェア開発』も第2版が。Safariに入ってた。第2版は、第1版でも重要なテーマの2つのうちのひとつ、「協調ゲーム」が副題になっている。ちなみに第1版でのもう一つの重要テーマは「守破離」。

初版からは、「ソフトウェア開発プロセスは一点モノ」ということを学んだ。あと、KKDさんが日経ITProの連載に書いてくれてる座席配置論も本書のInformation Radiatorにインスパイアされたような記憶が。

第2版での改訂にあたっての読みどころは、コーバーンと卓球友達の平鍋さんが、あとで書く(ことに期待)。

表紙は、

『Crystal Clear: A Human-powered Methodology For Small Teams』から、虎が出てきてるのか。一休さんのとんちみたいだ。豆知識:『Crystal Clear』には平鍋さんの推薦の辞が載っている(2行ぐらい)。平鍋ファンは要チェック。
