■1 『日経ソフトウエア』2006年 10月号

表紙に踊る「Ruby」の文字が誌名より遥かにデカい件について。日経ソフトウエア史上初のRuby単独特集。同僚かつ弊社MacBookチームメンバー(総メンバー数:2名)である西村さんも寄稿しています。プロフィールにイイことが書いてある。

win32ole + ERB + Test::Unit でExcelのJavaBeans定義書からJavaのソースコードを生成するRubyスクリプトをexerb化してMaven2によるビルドプロセスに組み込むような記事を8ページの枠に書こうとしたら案の定、収まりきらなくってWebにハミ出してます。お疲れさまでした。

ほか、特集記事でお名前が出ているのが、Yuguiさん・大森さん(中の人)・瀧内さん・新井さん。大森さんチョイスっぽい感じを受ける。

YuguiさんのパートはRubyKaigi2006でのライトニングトークの内容がベースになっている。当日のトークでは、最も重要なメッセージである「Rubyは/Ruby itself」がネタに少し負けちゃってて「もったいないなー」と感じていた私にとっては、本筋がこうして落ち着いた記事になってて嬉しいです。

kikainekoの人の連載は最終回まであのテンションなのかしらん。
